Melanie Eckelbarger THE BEST SCALLOPED CORN!!! 1 can Cream Corn 1 can Whole Corn 1 cup Milk 1 stick Margarine 1 box Corn Muffin mix
Grease bottom and sides of pan with margarine. Cut rest of margarine and place in bottom of pan. Mix corn (do not drain), milk, and muffin mix. Bake at 350 until thick, about 1 hour. For a 9x13 pan, double recipe. ENJOY!!! |
